V.; Karasiova, O. V.The article reveals the problem of adapting the Ukrainian system of higher professional education to the new format of education. In today’s circumstances, educators must consistently enhance their skills, put in significant efforts, demonstrate creativity, and readily adapt to evolving situations. Traditional education offers an engaging learning experience that caters to students’ requirements for interactive communication, collaborative group work, individual and team-based activities, as well as active games during class and breaks within the school environment. Consequently, it yields the desired educational outcomes and guarantees the successful execution of the curriculum. An analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and the experience of using distance educational technologies in the process of teaching the discipline "Foreign language" in higher educational institutions was carried out, highlighting both the positive possibilities of the digital format and certain limitations associated with organizational, pedagogical, material and technical conditions of its implementation, with the psychological difficulties of the teaching staff and students regarding the transition to the distance learning format. The article emphasizes that the effective use of distance educational technologies and the introduction of distance courses imposes a number of requirements on the informational and communicative competence of teachers and students. The object of the study is to track the process of acquiring competencies by students. The subject of the study includes software components for the implementation of a competency-based approach in the learning management system. The purpose of the study is to improve the tracking of the process of acquiring competencies by students by analyzing the data of the Learning Management System (LMS) and visualizing the results of the learning process. Thus, to achieve this goal, we analyzed the technologies for processing learning data from LMS, analyzed the features of modeling the learning process based on Petri nets and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), determined a data structure, and proposed an algorithm for building a model and visualizing the learning process data. M.Finding solutions to the problems faced by the Ukrainian education system require an adequate organizing structure for education system, enabling transition to the principle of a "life-long education". The best option for this is the distance learning systems (DLS), which are considered by leading Ukrainian universities as high-performance information technologies in modern education, envisaged by the National Informatization Program, with the goals of reforming higher education in Ukraine in the context of joining the European educational space.The article analyzes and summarizes the experience of implementing DLS "Prometheus" and Moodle and the main directions of distance learning development at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing (NASAA). The emphasis is on the need to improve the skills of teachers with the use of open distance courses and the gradual preparation of the student for a learning process in the new conditions. The structure of distance courses for different forms of education (full-time, part-time, mixed) has been developed. The analysis models of forms of learning (Face to face, the driver complementary, rotation model; flex model, etc.) is presented. Dynamic version of the implementation of mixed learning models of NASAA using DLS "Prometheus" and Moodle is presented. The conclusion is that the experience of NASAA shows that the mixed form of distance learning based on Moodle platform is most adequate to the requirements of Ukraine's development within the framework of European education.
