Документ Influence of determination accuracy of the build step on the efficiency of adaptive slising group of products for layered manufacturing(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2022) Garashchenko, Yaroslav; Harashchenko, O.Research results on improving the efficiency of the developed algorithm for adaptive layer-by-layer dissection are presented on the example of 3D models group placed in the workspace of an additive setup. This algorithm for 3D model adaptive cutting allows you to increase the productivity of the process and adjust the accuracy of manufacturing products, taking into account their geometry, by setting a rational value of the variable building step for each individual lowering of the work platform. Building step is calculated taking into account the distribution of the direction of surfaces normal of products group (relative to the construction direction) that fall into the current layer. The developed algorithm provides for some truncation of this distribution, which makes it possible to further increase the building step and, accordingly, reduce the number of layers. Thus, conditions can be created for rational support and given reduction in building time. This achieves a reduction in building time compared to existing strategies for variable dissection. Estimate of efficiency of adaptive layer-by-layer dissection was carried out taking into account the accuracy of determining (setting) building step in relation to 5options for placing 3D models of industrial products in workspace. Comparative analysis of dissection options was performed by the number of layers and assessment of deviations from of surfaces correct shape. Increase in the efficiency of layer-by-layer shaping process with increased accuracy in determining variable step of building a group of complex products placed in workspace of installation has been revealed. It is proposed to determine the efficiency of the optimization problem of rational arrangement of 3D-models group in the workspace of additive machines depending on the number of loaded products. Condition for efficient use of the layered build workspace is the minimum number of layers per product and the largest relative filling. Such criteria are important, for example, for SLS/SLM technologies. Examples of evaluation based on the analysis of derived voxel 3D model of the workspace with located products are considered. Industrial products with different geometrical complexity were selected as test 3D models. This approach allowed to perform a comparative analysis of the results depending on the design features of products. The practical realization was performed in the subsystem of packing 3D-models in a workspace, which is part of the technological preparation system for the manufacture of complex products by additive methods. V.Preliminary evaluation of the predicted efficiency of the optimization problem of the rational orientation of the product in the working space of layered construction of additive units is proposed to perform based on the analysis of the original triangulation 3D-model of a complex product by its spherical mapping. The condition of reflection on the sphere is that the values of angles in the spherical coordinate system for the faces normal of the triangulated model of product fall into the range of values of a certain triangular face of the sphere model. Examples of evaluation based on the analysis of spherical mapping of the original 3D model of products are considered. Industrial products with different surface complexity were selected as test 3D models. This approach allowed to perform a comparative analysis of the results depending on the design features of the products. В качестве основного параметра триангуляции рассматривался допустимый двугранный угол между смежными треугольными гранями. Исследование зависимости выполнялось для базовых геометрических тел, что позволило выявить общее уравнение регрессии. Проверка уравнения регрессии на примере моделей промышленных изделий подтвердило выдвинутую научную гипотезу о возможности оценки геометрической сложности промышленных изделий на основе анализа регрессионной зависимости количества граней от допустимого двугранного угла между смежными гранями.Документ Estimation of complexity of field contours of layer building with the use of cell method of determining the fractal dimension(The Technical University of Košice, 2018) Garashchenko, YaroslavThe results of estimating the geometric complexity of contours in layered building of a product by additive manufacturing are presented. The contour complexity was evaluated on the basis of a statistical analysis of their fractal dimension obtained the cell method. To determine fractal dimension of the contour, measures commensurate with the geometric limitations of layered building were used. Such limitations exist because of layered building peculiarities and technological capabilities of used equipment. Software has been developed to implement a layer-by-layer analysis of the original triangulation 3D model. Approbation of the software was carried out on the basis of models of industrial products. As a result, the possibility of estimating the geometric complexity of the field contours of layered building is confirmed on basis of statistical analysis of distribution characteristics of fractal dimension of the contours.Документ Evaluation of geometrical complexity of products based on the analysis of triangulated models(Editura "Academica Brâncuşi", Târgu Jiu, 2017) Garashchenko, YaroslavThe results of study evaluation possibilities of geometric complexity of industrial products are presented in this article by analyzing of functional dependence of number of triangular faces on triangulation parameters. As the main parameter of the triangulation was considered maximum size of edges. The dependence study was carried out for basic geometric bodies, which revealed the general regression equation. Test of the regression equation on models of industrial products has confirmed put forward a scientific hypothesis on the evaluation possibility of geometric complexity of industrial products based on the analysis of this functional dependence.Документ Оценка технологичности конструкции изделий, получаемых с помощью аддитивных технологий(НТУ "ХПИ", 2017) Гаращенко, Ярослав НиколаевичПредставлены задачи технологической подготовки изготовления изделий с использованием аддитивных технологий. Рассмотрена возможность оценки технологичности конструкции изделий на основе анализа исходной 3D модели по составляющим сложности изделия: геометрической, структуры материалов, иерархической и функциональной. Разработана система показателей, позволяющих определять технологичность при отработке конструкции изделия. На этапе технологической подготовки предложенная система показателей позволяет выполнять задачи по рациональному выбору способа и стратегии изготовления.
