The optimization of the technological process of production of any product contains an important stage - the determination (finding) of a mathematical model or the equation of the relationship of the output quality indicator of the product (target function, optimization parameter) with the parameters of this product or technological process (input factors). The search for optimal conditions is one of the most common scientific and technical problems. The process of solving these problems is called the optimization process or simply optimization. An example of optimization is the search for the optimal composition of multicomponent mixtures or alloys, increasing the productivity or operating efficiency of existing plants, improving product quality, reducing production costs. To solve optimization problems, you need to choose the right method. Of the main optimization methods that are most widely used in chemical technology, this article considers the analytical method.Публікація Analysis of the diagnostic criteria used to defect type recognition based on the results of analysis of gases dissolved in oil(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Kulyk, Oleksii SerhiiovychDissolved gas analysis is one of the most used and common diagnostic methods for high voltage oil-filled equipment. According to existing methods for interpreting the results of dissolved oil gas analysis, defect types are recognised using different diagnostic criteria. Using different methods to recognize the type of defect may result in different diagnoses. There area sufficient number of publications on the comparative analysis of methods for the results interpretation of dissolved gas analysis. Most of them do not cover more than 4 methods at a time, and only a small number of publications deal with more methods. Some methods remain unreported, therefore an analysis of diagnostic criteria used in various standards and methods to identify types of defects by the dissolved gas analysis is given. The national standards of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, international methods, as well as a number of author's methods and standards are considered. All considered methods can be divided by the type of diagnosis, by the diagnostic criterion used and by the number of recognizable defects. According to the type ofdiagnosis, the considered methods can be divided into two groups – analytical and graphical methods. In the considered methods the following diagnostic criteria are used – valuesof gas concentrations or the gas pair ratios or gas percentage content. Most of theanalysed methods allow identification of 6–7 most characteristic types of defects. The highestnumber of recognizable defects is 13–14, and the lowest only 3–4. Only a few methods make it possible to diagnose defect-free condition and/or damageof solid insulation as well as to recognize combined defects. The results show significant differences in the criteria and norms used by different standards and author's methods to determine the type of defect, which can lead to different diagnoses for the same data.Документ Assessment of the strategic potential of an intellectual business system operating in a dynamic external environment(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Lisitsky, Vasily Lavrentievich; Semenchenko, Arseny IgorevichThe paper discusses the issues of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of an intelligent business system by reducing its losses by creating an integrated set of models for assessing the level of its current strategic potential and the degree of achievement of its fixed target state. This method allows to use a computational spatial grid with a step proportional not to the radius of the rod, but to its length, which is relevant when the ratio of the rods length to its radius is large. The method is applied to the calculation of rods EF, for which this ratio is of the order of 102–103. The proposed method is based on the finite integration method. At the same time, the non-linear decrease in the levels of strength and potential when moving away from the rod in directions perpendicular to its axis is taken into account. The difference coefficients at the nodes surrounding the rod were obtained by integrating over the computational grid cell surfaces of expressions describing the strength and potential of the electric field for an elongated conducting ellipsoid under potential. With this representation of the conducting rod, it was possible to achieve the greatest accordance of calculations with the analytical solution. In practice, the application of the presented method allows for a more accurate calculation of the electric field in the vicinity of a conducting rod, which is either under potential, or in a homogeneous electric field, using a computational grid with a step proportional not to the radius of the rod, but to its length. The non-linear character of the decrease in the strength and potential of the electric field near the rod is taken into account using analytical expressions for a conductive ellipsoid under potential. In the area surrounding the rod and above its top, when using a spatial grid step proportionate with the length of the rod, and not with its radius, the relative errors in calculating the strength decreased from 27 % to 3 %. The results of calculating the electric field of a lightning rod are presented in order to analyze the conditions for the occurrence of upward leaders.Документ Capacitive transducers based ITO/polyimide/Al2O3 thin film structure(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Zaitseva, Liliia; Vodoriz, Olga; Zaitsev, RomanIt has been developed and approbated prototypes of thin-film capacitor transducers based on Al/ITO/polyimide/Al2O3 heterosystem for capacitive acoustic control in metal objects in the modes of simultaneous acoustic signal reception and generation by capacitive transducers and in certain modes of acoustic signal generating or receiving that can realize objects monitoring with sensitivity at the level of piezoelectric transducers. Existing software tools for business process model analysis are based on metrics and thresholds that allow assume presence of errors in business process models, but they are not capable to recommend structural changes required to eliminate detected modeling errors. Therefore, business process model analysis and improvement tasks become relevant, since early detection and elimination of possible errors presented in business process models may allow organizations avoid extra costs that may occur on any of the steps of business process lifecycle. Since business process models are shared organizational assets, it is also necessary to consider the capabilities of collaborative and concurrent usage of business process models by multiple stakeholders. Hence, the workflow of business process model analysis and improvement was analyzed and its key steps, which describe expected user and software behavior, were formalized using the IDEF0 functional model. Functional software requirements were captured in the form of user stories according to modern agile practices of software development. These user stories are based on features and drawbacks of existing software tools for business process model analysis. Captured user stories were formalized using the use case modeling. Non-functional software requirements were also captured; they include maintainability, readability, testability, understandability, integrability, and complexity requirements. Captured requirements can be used to design and develop business process model analysis and improvement software capable to provide recommendations to eliminate detected modeling errors.Документ The coronavirus COVID-19 effect on global economy(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Gololobova, Olesya; Chmeleva, OlgaThe article is devoted to the consideration of the economic situation in most world countries in connection with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, as well as to the analysis of the factors of economic decline in various sectors of the economy, industry and service provision. The outbreak of coronavirus has already caused suffering to humanity and led to significant economic shock. The decline in output in China is felt worldwide, reflecting China's key and growing role in global supply chains, as well as in financial and tourism markets. Outbreaks elsewhere in the world have similar effects, albeit on a smaller scale. Today, the prospects for economic growth remain uncertain, in particular, according to the forecast, the annual growth of global GDP as a whole until 2020 will fall to 2.4% compared to 2.9% predicted in 2019. The longer and more intense phase of the coronavirus outbreak, which is spreading widely in Asian region, Europe and North America, will significantly weaken economic expectations. In this case, global growth may drop to 1.5% in 2020, which is twice the projected rate of COVID-19 outbreak. There are also serious concerns that the continued spread of COVID-19 could jeopardize food security. Those are issues that make the work relevant. The theoretical and practical importance of the work is the need to consider as soon as possible the impact of negative risks on the economies of the world, the development of the most effective and proactive measures to prevent the infection of the virus, as well as the introduction of clearly targeted policies to support health systems and its workers, to protect the income of vulnerable social groups and enterprises during the pandemic. Activities aimed at maintaining macroeconomic policies can help restore confidence and encourage renewed demand and help to implement coordinated multilateral actions to ensure better health policies, deter and mitigate business controls, support businesses and ordinary low-income citizens. The conclusion was made that assessing the economic consequences of the virus outbreak is not an easy task due to uncertainty. However, it is possible to try to model scenarios for further restructuring of the world economy and its recovery.Публікація Current issues of leadership(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Antonova, Anastasiia Mykhailovna; Novik, I. L.; Kopp, A. M.; Kondratiev, V. Yu.This research paper considers the problem of dashboard design as part of the Business Process Management lifecycle, where it is become necessary to monitor and control the current state of the organizational business processes. Therefore, designed dashboards should fully correspond to the features of the considered business processes, such as Key Performance Indicators and possible stakeholders, which are considered here as users of the developed Business Intelligence dashboard application. At the same time, according to the state-of-the-art in the field of data visualization, it is required to choose data visualization techniques, which are clear, easy interpretable, space efficient, attractive, and legible. In general, the dashboard design problem requires placing various visualization tools in a relatively small place, such as a screen of a computer, a laptop, a tablet, or even a smart phone, while keeping them accessible and easy to understand. At first, as part of the related work review and analysis, we have considered the core architecture of the dashboards and reporting applications. It is outlined that modern dashboards might use various big data chunks, such as databases of enterprise information systems of different types, spreadsheets data, and even unstructured documents. In order to summarize all the raw data from these data sources, the Data Warehouse should be built and, moreover, it should correspond to the metrics and indicators of business processes that should be demonstrated on a dashboard. We have also considered main principles, common mistakes, and graphs and charts that might be used to design a dashboard for business analytics purposes. Using the existing research in this field, the levels of informativeness were defined for each visualization tool, as well as the best practices of mapping various data types to graphs and charts are outlined. Proposed model of the da shboard design is based on the mathematical optimization. It is used to provide recommendations on which visualization tool should be used to display a certain Key Performance Indicator on a dashboard that corresponds to a certain user role. Development and usage of the software solution that implements the proposed model is outlined, as well as the obtained results of validation of the proposed software solution are shown and discussed.Документ Development technology of electrical conductance ceramics(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Lisachuk, Georgiy Viktorovych; Ved, Maryna Vitaliivna; Kryvobok, Ruslan Viktorovych; Zakharov, Artem Viacheslavovych; Voloshchuk, Valentyna Vasylivna; Maistat, Mykyta SerhiiovychThe article considers the influence of the technological parameters of the composite ceramics production on the specific volume resistivity of the composition and, consequently, on the protective properties against the effects of electromagnetic radiation. This led to the fact that the issues of urban passenger logistics became relevant. A distinctive feature of the human resources (passenger) logistics, in contrast to traditional transport logistics, is the quality of delivery or transportation. Therefore, the choice of the cheapest mode of transport (if there are no talks about perishable or fragile resources), the fastest delivery method, the optimal route, etc. plays an important role in ordinary transport logistics. Other goals play an important role in the transportation of people: comfort, small overload, convenient schedule, availability of accumulation points (stations, platforms, platforms, etc.), and especially – a choice of a transport mode vehicle and its suitability for transporting people. The aim of the article is to find out the economic advantages and disadvantages of all possible modes of urban passenger transport according to the purposes of urban passenger logistics. Many scientists discovered the problem of urban public transport mode choice, but it is still not have an optimal decision, as the aim of their study were connected technical side of urban transport or the management of existing transport modes, fuel alternative decisions, the possibility of traffic congestion reduction, etc. It the article it was shown that according to comparison on ecological and construction and operating cost criteria the best modes of passenger urban transport for ordinary landscape city are trolleybus and electric bus, as the most balanced modes. The most popular existing modes as bus and subway have lacks: a bus has a lack of environmental friendliness, and a subway has high cost on construction and operation. After choosing the best urban mode of passenger transport for the city two other main issues of organizing urban logistics are left. The choice of the method of accounting and control of travel and the choice of a fare rating system will be investigated in the next articles.Документ The effect of the radial clearances on the dynamic processes in rolling bearings(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Gavrilov, S.; Ishin, N.; Goman, A.; Skorokhodov, A.; Dakalo, J.A method for calculating the parameters of shock pulses generated in rolling bearings due to the presence of radial clearance in them is proposed. The method is a further development of theoretical research in the scientific direction of vibration-pulse diagnostics in relation to the operational assessment of the technical condition of bearing units as components of the gear drive mechanism, which largely determine the drive resource as a whole. The calculation is based on the consideration of the precession movement of the bearing axis, which it makes during the rotation of its shaft, and the theory of shock interaction of elastic bodies by G. Hertz. The mechanism of occurrence of shock pulses has been studied with an additional introduction to the calculation of the radial force acting on the shaft. It is shown that wear, which causes an increase in the working radial clearance between the races and the rolling bodies in the bearing, increases the speed and amplitude of the impact interaction of the inner ring with the rolling bodies. An example of calculating the parameters of shock pulses in ball radial single-row bearings of the 307 series is given. Conclusions are made about the prospects of using the developed method for diagnostics and forecasting the remaining life of bearings of transmission units of mobile machines.Документ Energy efficient asynchronous electric drive of an electromobile(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Vorobiov, Bohdan VitaliyovichThe introductory part of the article describes the relevance of developments in the field of electric vehicles, as well as an economic analysis of the feasibility of using electricity as fuel instead of gasoline on the example of some mass-produced cars.
