Construction of statistical models of chemical and technological objects on the basis of a complete factor experiment
(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2023) Prishchenko, Olga Petrivna; Chernogor, Tetyana Timofiyivna
The article deals with the construction of a mathematical model of the process, which is created based on the results of a full factorial experiment. Often, only the results of experimental studies carried out at such objects are the information, based on the processing of which, according to the obtained mathematical model of the object, a high-quality control algorithm for this object can be implemented. At the same time, the construction of a mathematical model that describes the technological process with the required accuracy often involves a huge amount of work at the stage of experiments. The task of planning experiments is to establish the minimum required number of them and the conditions for their implementation, to choose methods for mathematical processing of the results, and to make decisions. Designing experiments significantly reduces the number of experiments required to obtain a process model. An active experiment involves a purposeful choice of factor values. Compared to a passive experiment, such an experiment turns out to be more efficient and economical, since the amount of experimental work is significantly reduced. In this article, in relation to chemical technology, the issues of organizing an experiment, mathematical processing of experimental data and mathematical planning of an experiment in the search for optimal conditions for conducting a technological process are described. Mathematical modeling and optimization of chemical technology objects is of great importance for obtaining higher professional education for students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Chemical Technology and Engineering.

Innovative methods of teaching the discipline Higher mathematics to students studying chemical technology and engineering
(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2022) Prishchenko, Olga Petrivna; Cheremskaya, Nadezhda Valentinovna; Chernogor, Tetyana Timofiyivna; Bukhkalo, Svetlana Ivanovna
The article discusses some innovative methods that can be used in practical classes in higher mathematics, teaching students of chemical specialties. The possibilities for the development of competencies in complex interuniversity projects are closely related to the issues of classifying all types of interrelationships of disciplines within the framework of courses according to curricula, as well as the choice of additional universal competencies. Mathematics for chemical process engineers is, first of all, a useful tool for solving many chemical and technological problems and tasks. The typical curriculum takes into account the modern needs of related and special disciplines in the mathematical education of students, and consists of four main sections: the foundations of algebra and analytical geometry, mathematical analysis, differential equations, probability theory and mathematical statistics. When writing the article, many years of experience in teaching students of chemical specialties by the department "Higher Mathematics" of the National Technical University "KhPI" were used. The purpose of the scientific research of teachers and students presented in the article is to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian technical education in the world market by developing and implementing innovative models and methods. When writing this article, the authors pursued three goals. First, to give the general course of mathematics for students of chemical and related specialties an appropriate professional orientation; secondly, to form in students of the first years of study ideas about the mathematical apparatus, information technologies and the mathematical modeling of modern chemistry and, thirdly, to instill in students the primary skills of building mathematical models of the simplest physical and mathematical processes when studying a mathematics course.

Application of elements of studying the function of one variable when solving chemical problems
(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2021) Prishchenko, Olga Petrivna; Chernogor, Tetyana Timofiyivna
In the article some problems are examined with chemical maintenance, for the decision of that the elements of research of function one variable are used. A course of higher mathematics is basis of physical and mathematical training of specialists-chemists of university profile. The primary purpose of teaching of educational discipline "Higher mathematics" is preparation of students to using of modern mathematical vehicle as an effective instrument for the decision of scientific and practical problems in area of chemical and contiguous disciplines. Mathematics for chemical engineers is primarily a useful tool for solving many chemical engineering problems and tasks. It is difficult to find a branch of mathematics that is not at all used to solve these problems at all stages of their analysis. As a result of study of higher mathematics a student must know the methods of mathematical analysis in application to one function and a few real variables. Many chemical phenomena are described through functional dependence. At the study of chemical processes, it is necessary to use research elements functions of one variable, the exposure of properties of function, characterizing her different internals, behaves to that. In practical classes in higher mathematics, when considering the topic 'Derivative and its applications', it is often necessary to solve problems of a general nature. But for students of chemical specialties, tasks that are directly related to their profession are of greater interest. Thus, considering tasks similar to those given in this article, we will increase the interest and motivation of future specialists to study this material.

Analysis of opportunities of analytical method of optimization in chemical technology
(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2020) Prishchenko, Olga Petrivna; Chernogor, Tetyana Timofiyivna
The article analyzes the possibilities of optimization methods in chemical technology. The optimization of the technological process of production of any product contains an important stage - the determination (finding) of a mathematical model or the equation of the relationship of the output quality indicator of the product (target function, optimization parameter) with the parameters of this product or technological process (input factors). The search for optimal conditions is one of the most common scientific and technical problems. The process of solving these problems is called the optimization process or simply optimization. An example of optimization is the search for the optimal composition of multicomponent mixtures or alloys, increasing the productivity or operating efficiency of existing plants, improving product quality, reducing production costs. To solve optimization problems, you need to choose the right method. Of the main optimization methods that are most widely used in chemical technology, this article considers the analytical method.

Using of methods of cross-correlation and regressive analysis for determination of functional dependence between sizes
(НТУ "ХПІ", 2019) Prishchenko, Olga Petrivna; Chernogor, Tetyana Timofiyivna
In article it is told about use of methods of correlation and regression analysis when determining functional dependence between values. When studying different objects of a research in laboratory or working conditions there is a need of establishment of the most probable interrelations and interdependence between two or more variable. Sometimes it happens simply as communication easily is found or is in advance known from any theoretical premises. However identification of such communications between different indicators, factors is much more often, signs is extremely difficult task. Researchers face need of introduction of some hypothesis of the nature of communication in the form of functional dependence, i.e. approximation by its some rather simple mathematical expression, for example, linear equation or a polynomial. Methods of correlation and regression analyses are very useful to search of such mathematical functional or structural dependences between two or more variable (on the saved-up experimental data).
