Abstract

The concept of personnel management is considered in establishments of hotel-restaurant economy in the article. The principles and functions of personnel management which provide effective cooperation of general labour are considered. The aim of methods of personnel management of establishments of hotel-restaurant economy are exposed. The different methods of personnel management are analysed into industry. Combination of existent methods of personnel management is offered in establishments of hotel-restaurant economy.
