Abstract
This paper presents an innovative approach to evaluating urban traffic light systems by involving road users through gamification and crowdsourcing techniques. A mobile-based casual game enables drivers to identify problematic intersections and test their own signal configurations using real-world traffic data. The proposed methodology aims to increase driver satisfaction and enhance operational efficiency of urban intersections through community engagement and data-driven optimisation.
