Abstract

In the article the status and conditions of intellectual and innovation in industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Determined that the most important factor that hinders the development of design and use ofintellectual property rights is weak financial, material and technical base. The basic directions of commercialization of intellectual property, including special attention given to the licensing of intellectual technologies and proper use of innovation. It is shown that the maximum economic benefit engineering companies can get only the rational combination of both own consumption and market distribution of intelligent technologies at maximum against counterfeit activity. Determined that inUkraine a significant amount of intellectual property rights violated. As a result, the market is a fairly Wieliczka share of counterfeit products. To solve the problems in the commercialization of intellectual property as a necessary consolidation of efforts of state institutions, legislators and representatives of business and production sector, universities and research organizations. An effective mechanism for the development, distribution and consumption of intellectual property (transfer and commercialization processes) is impossible without the development and implementation of effective measures against counterfeit violators of exclusive rights, nullify long and costly scientific research units of industrial enterprises, higher education institutions, academic institutions and organizations.
