Анотація
Війна в Україні принесла неймовірні страждання багатьом людям. Полегшення фізичних та психологічних страждань зараз є ключовим завданням суспільства. Важко передбачити та контролювати, як триватиме ця війна далі. Колишній світогляд і ймовірна впевненість у тому, що людство живе в безпечній, мирній Європі, стали вкрай нестійкими. Всі ці умови призводять людей до стресу, дестабілізації, страху, гніву. Стрес – це термін, що означає високу форму напруги. Стрес починається по-різному, коли люди реагують на конкретні вимоги до їхньої продуктивності. В умовах війни постраждалі зазвичай пов'язують стресовий стан із почуттям тиску та напруги. У разі стресу оптимізуються функції організму, необхідні для швидкого постачання енергії, такі як серцева діяльність, приплив крові до органів і м'язів та постачання мозку киснем. Подолання стресових ситуацій вимагає когнітивних і поведінкових зусиль, спрямованих на те, щоб впоратися з проблемами, не терпіти їх, зменшити або звести до мінімуму. Це досить складно зробити під час ведення бойових дій, тому що остановка постійно змінюється.
The war in Ukraine has brought incredible suffering to manypeople. The alleviation of physical and psychological suffering is now a key task of society. It is difficult to predict and control how this war will continue. The former worldview and the likely belief that humanity lives in a secure, peaceful Europe has become extremely unsustainable. All these conditions lead people to stress, destabilization, fear, anger. Stress is a term that means a high form of tension. Stress begins differently when people respond to specific demands on their performance. In war conditions, victims usually associate stress with feelings of pressure and tension. In the event of stress, the functions of the body necessary for the rapid supply of energy, such as heart activity, blood flow to organs and muscles, and oxygen supply to the brain, are optimized. Overcoming stressful situations requires cognitive and behavioral efforts to cope with problems, not tolerate them, reduce or minimize them. This is quite difficult to do in the conduct of hostilities, because the situation is constantly changing. Strategies for overcoming stressful situations (coping) are associated with problems that strain or exceed human resources. In a general, coping is a model of human behavior that is aimed at reducing the imbalance between requirements and available resources and leads to a positive result or achievement of a goal. There are intrapsychic and interpsychic forms of overcoming stressful situations. Effective mechanisms of behavior in overcoming stressful situations are: active actions and undertakings aimed at eliminating the problem; positive reassessment of the situation; free expression of feelings. Coping strategies are effective if there is a solution to a problem situation and / or regulation of a negative emotional state. The following models of behavior are ineffective: fantasies escaping reality in combination with alcohol consumption; splashing out emotional stress on others; self-flagellation and self-destruction; defensive forms of overcoming such as isolation, distancing and denial. It is possible to learn to constructively solve problem situations. However, there is no universal effective standard strategy for all stressful situations. A wide range of different strategies and their flexible application is more promising than a rigid standard strategy that does not depend on a stressful situation.
