Abstract

В даній статті досліджено роль системи мотивації працівників. А також соціально-економічну основу активізації зусиль персоналу підприємства, що спрямовані на підвищення результативності їх трудової діяльності – мотивацію праці. Проаналізовані недоліки матеріальної мотивації праці. Дані пропозиції щодо втілення нематериальної мотивації в діяльність підприємства.In this paper, we investigate the role of motivation in modern working conditions. The methods and types of incentive motivation. It has been disclosed are material and non-material motivation and investigated its effect on humans, and the team as a whole. There were also recommendations for the introduction of non-financial motivation in the activity of enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The work clearly shows the effect of the methods of motivation of staff, discussed the impact of the process of the labor motivation of staff. Also analyzed the internal and external factors common methods of motive and motivation.
