Місце інноваційного потенціалу у міжнародних економічних відносинах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання, пов’язані з місцем інновацій у розвитку держави та в міжнародних економічних відносинах. Подано поняття національної інноваційної системи та її значення для міжнародних економічних відносин. Проаналізовано наявність інноваційних форм реалізації інновацій у державі порівняно з країнами – лідерами найбільш ефективного використання інноваційного потенціалу. Виявлено місце України з погляду розвитку інноваційного потенціалу у різних міжнародних рейтингах та зроблено аналіз розвитку інноваційного потенціалу України. Представлено види інноваційних вітчизняних підприємств. Надано основні пріоритетні напрями інноваційної діяльності держави на даному етапі розвитку економіки. Систематизовано перешкоди для розвитку інноваційного потенціалу та надано рекомендації щодо його поліпшення з метою випуску конкурентоспроможної продукції та виходу на міжнародні ринки.The article deals with issues related to the place of innovation in state development and in international economic relations. In the current conditions of increasing interdependence of countries and aggravation of global competition, the development of innovative potential is the key to progress, as well as a factor in the formation and growth of competitive power, ensuring the well-being of the population. The concept of national innovation system and its importance for international economic relations is presented. The concept of a national innovation system is a historically, culturally, economically, technologically, technologically and informationally determined set of relations between the subjects of innovative activity concerning the creation, dissemination and use of innovations that takes place within a certain country. The presence of innovative forms of innovation realization in the country in comparison with the leading countries of the most effective use of innovative potential is analyzed. The place of Ukraine in terms of the development of innovative potential in various international rankings was identified and an analysis of the development of innovative potential of Ukraine was made. Development of innovative potential is a prerequisite for the development of the state, processes of globalization, acceptance of the country as an equal partner in international economic relations. The main forms of implementation of innovative processes in Ukraine and abroad are revealed. The place of Ukraine in the main ratings of the countries in accordance with the development of innovative potential is considered. The country identifies the main priority areas for innovation, provides funding, stimulates innovation. Types of innovative domestic enterprises are presented. The analysis of innovative potential is carried out using statistical data. The main priority directions of innovative activity of the state at this stage of economic development are given. Obstacles to the development of innovation potential have been systematized and recommendations have been given to improve it with a view to launching competitive products and entering international markets.
