Специфіка світоглядних трансформацій в умовах надзвичайної ситуації через COVID-19

Abstract

Подано концепцію Чорного лебедя, з’ясовано властивості та світоглядний вплив цього феномену, здій снено спробу його транспонування на ситуацію навколо COVID19. Констатовано, що хвороби, збудник яких убиватиме свого носія, можна наперед уважати вразливими, натомість ті, чий збудник виявиться потенційним тригером, матимуть більші шанси на виживання. Наголошено на трансформації світоглядних, онтологічних, аксіологічних і гносеологічних чинників за умов надзвичайної ситуації. Висвітлено історію карантину й упроваджені заходи "звуження меж" людини. Залучено до розгляду наслідки перебування у самоізо ляції на прикладах із біографій відомих діячів науки та культури. Зазначено, що дистанціювання у реальному світі зумовлює віддалення людей один від одного, а у віртуальному – їх зближення, що сприяє формуванню своєрідного комунікаційного середовища. Акцентовано на нових різновидах "варіювання меж" людини, освіти (дистанційна) і праці (віддалена), які постали завдяки інформаційно-комунікаційним технологіям.

The article deals with the concept of the Black Swan, the properties and the impact of the phenomenon on the worldview. An attempt has been made to transpose it to the situation with the outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). It has been stated that diseases which causative agent kills its host can be predicted as defeated, while diseases which causative agent plays the role of a trigger for pandemics have a greater potential for survival. There have been clarified the prerequisites for initiating quarantine and measures introduced to “narrow boundaries” of a person. The author analyses the consequences of self-isolation referring to the examples from the biographies of famous figures of science and culture. The transformation of worldview, ontological, axiological and epistemological factors under emergency conditions has been dwelt on. Distancing in the real environment is proving to predetermine estrangement of people, while in the virtual environment it preconditions their rapprochement, which contributes to the creation of a specific communication environment. Emphasis is placed on new types a person’s “varying boundaries”, environments of education (distance) and work (remote), which have become feasible due to information and communication technologies.
