Abstract

In the course of the study, the role of the tourism industry in the economic development of the country was determined and the need for external influence on the functioning of the service sector was justified. It was analyzed еhe most common approaches to state regulation of the quality of hotel services as an important component of tourism in international and domestic practice. It is proved that taking into account the experience of leading industry leaders, the improvement of the methodological tools of state regulation of the quality of hotel services will stimulate the development of hotel business in our country. On this basis, it was formulated activities that are appropriate to implement to improve the quality of providing hotel services and the development of the tourism industry in our country.
