Анотація
У статті розглянуто розвиток персоналу як невід’ємну складову всієї системи управління персоналом. Досліджено теоретико-методичні положення і окреслено сучасні методи професійного розвитку персоналу, наведено рекомендації з удосконалення методів і технологій розвитку персоналу у банківських установах.
Іn the field of personnel management policy is aimed at strengthening and development of competitive advantages of the bank. The complexity of business places high demands on employees in all positions, require continuous improvement of the level of professional competence of employees, effective use of their intellectual potential, the formation of a strong corporate culture. In meeting their staffing needs certain qualities bank focuses primarily on the training and development of skills and competencies in their employees and to attract and develop promising, aimed at the development and the result of young professionals. The article deals with the development of personnel as an integral component of the entire human resources management system. Studied theoretical and methodical positions and designated the modern methods of professional development, provides recommendations for the improvement of methods and technologies of personnel development in the banking institutions.
