Abstract
Authors note, that formation of person’s perception on environment realize through open information system. The teacher should use modern information technologies for effective transfer of the information. The society information culture development through formation of skill of differentiation the information, the analysis, allocation of the important information, definition of criteria estimation in any professional work at the future experts.
