Abstract

Виконана систематизація методів і інструментів формування та розвитку кожної зі складових інноваційної культури підприємства: організаційної, мотиваційної, інтелектуально-креативної. Розроблено схему формування інноваційної культури підприємства. Запропоновано і обґрунтовано теоретико-методичний підхід до оптимізації структури інструментів і методів формування та розвитку інноваційної культури підприємства.The systematization of methods and instruments of creation and development of each of the components of an innovative enterprise culture has been done: organizational, motivational, intellectual and creative. The scheme of formation of innovative enterprise culture has been developed. The theoretic-methodological approach to optimization of the structure of instruments and methods of formation and development of innovative enterprise culture has been proposed and proved.
