Анотація
В статті розглянуті особливості менеджменту підприємства у сучасних умовах ведення господарської діяльності. Менеджмент – це важлива і багатогранна сфера діяльності, від якого в значній мірі залежать і ефективність виробництва, і якість обслуговуванн я населення. Упровадження ринкових відносин у практику господарювання вимагає принципової зміни методів управління на всіх рівнях управлінської ієрархії. Це висуває необхідність вивчення нових підходів і форм управління, зокрема, менеджменту як особливого типу управління.
In the article features of management of the enterprise in modern conditions of conducting economic activity are considered. Management is an important and multifaceted sphere of activity, on which the efficiency of production and the quality of service to the population largely depend. The introduction of market relations in the practice of management requires a fundamental change in management methods at all levels of the management hierarchy. This raises the need to study new approaches and forms of management, in particular, management as a special type of management. Heads of enterprises are interested in using management, since this allows to reduce the complexity of managerial work, to increase the impact on employees in order to achieve their goals. Managing people is paramount. It is people who do the work, submit ideas and allow the enterprise to exist. Personnel management is connected with people and their relations within the enterprise. A person's conscious activity allows him to seek and find ways out of critical situations, concentrate efforts on solving the most difficult issues, and use the a ccumulated experience of overcoming crises. Whatever wonderful ideas, new technologies, the most favorable external conditions did not exist, without well-trained personnel of high efficiency of doing business it is impossible to achieve. People are the central and the main element in any production and management systems.
