Особливості розвитку та функціонування ринку сільськогосподарської продукції в міжнародних відносинах

Abstract

У загальній структурі національної економіки України ринок сільськогосподарської продукції займає особливе місце та є вагомим показником оцінки рівня ефективності функціонування аграрного сектора загалом. Було визначено, що ринок сільськогосподарської продукції є розуміння його як ефективного механізму задоволення потреб товаровиробників та запитів споживачів, особливістю якого є регуляторна функція у контексті збалансування процесів виробництва та реалізації конкурентоспроможних товарів аграрного сектора з метою забезпечення продовольчої безпеки країни та формування експортного потенціалу держави. Було систематизовано особливості та характеристики розвитку та функціонування ринку сільськогосподарської продукції. Виявлено функції процесу функціонування та розвитку ринку сільськогосподарської продукції: соціальну, виявлення ринкових цін, стимулюючу, селективну і координаційно-управлінську. Представлено класифікацію ринку сільськогосподарської продукції за горизонтальним принципом в розрізі трьохрівневого виокремлення видів ринку. Проведено аналіз та систематизацію груп суб'єктів (учасників) ринку сільськогосподарської продукції в міжнародних відносинах. Інфраструктура ринку сільськогосподарської продукції дозволила більш зрозуміти проблеми, які існують в Україні з формуванням конкурентоздатного ринку сільськогосподарської продукції. Доведено важливість державного регулювання при формуванні ринку сільськогосподарської продукції та його значення для забезпечення населення цією продукцією. Розроблено основні напрями розвитку сільськогосподарського ринку та зроблено відповідні висновки. Ефективний розвиток ринку сільськогосподарської продукції є можливий за умови взаємодії усіх складових його інфраструктури, які при цьому є самостійними, функціонально спрямованими структурами та одночасно має підтримку зі сторони держави.

In the general structure of the national economy of Ukraine, the agricultural market occupies a special place and is a significant indicator of the level of efficiency of the functioning of the agrarian sector as a whole. It was determined that the agricultural market is an understanding of it as an effective mechanism for satisfying the needs of producers and consumers' requests, the feature of which is the regulatory function in the context of balancing the production and sale of competitive agricultural commodities in order to ensure the country's food security and the formation of the state's export potential. The features and characteristics of the development and functioning of the agricultural market were systematized. The functions of the process of functioning and development of the agricultural market are revealed: social, the identification of market prices, stimulating, selective and coordinating-managerial. The classification of the market of agricultural products according to the horizontal principle is presented in the context of the three-level selection of market types. The analysis and systematization of groups of subjects (participants) of the market of agric ultural products in international relations is carried out. The infrastructure of th e agricultural market has made it possible to understand more clearly the problems that exist in Ukraine with the formation of a competitive agricultural market. The importance of state regulation in shaping the market of agricultural products and its importance for providing the population with these products is proved. The basic directions of development of the agricultural market are developed and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. Effective development of the market of agricultural products is possible provided all the components of its infrastructure interact, which at the same time are independent, functionally oriented structures and at th e same time has the support of the state.
