Abstract

In modern practice is frequently used assessment of the value of the company in determining the attractiveness of investing. However, not always the traditional assessment methods allow to obtain the index, which does not cause doubts. The reason this is often the limitations and drawbacks peculiar to each of the classical approaches to valuation. In article are considered questions of an estimation of cost of the Ukrainian enterprises with the help of option models.
