Анотація
Получены зависимости, определяющие фазовые и структурно-фазовые превращения вещества в процессе однородного нагрева цилиндрического проводника мощным импульсом тока. Рассчитаны электрофизические параметры синтеза разнообразных углеродных наноструктур, обеспечивающие выполнение энергетических и термодинамических условий структурно-фазовых превращений углерода. Проведены экспериментальные исследования электровзрывных процессов синтеза углеродных наноматериалов. Построены фазовые траектории углерода для разных режимов электровзрыва.
Synthesis of carbon nanostructures in the process of electric explosion of graphite conductor was considered. Dependences of electro-physical parameters of circle and conductor were theoretically concluded which determines evolution of structurally-phase transformations of carbon under pulse current. The regimes of electro-explosive synthesis were experimentally researched in process of which different carbon allotropic forms appears. The power and thermodynamics conditions of carbon nanomaterials synthesis were defined and the effective regimes of synthesis are established. The established regularities allow controlling of the processes of graphite conductor’s electro-explosion at purposeful production of carbon nanomaterials of specific allotropic form. The results of researches can be applied for designing of electro-discharge equipment of selective production of carbon nanomaterials.
