Анотація
Статья посвящена проблеме проектирования профильных соединений с натягом и выбору рациональных геометрических параметров сопрягаемых деталей, обеспечивающих надежное соединение с соблюдением условий прочности. Использована программа, интегрированная с ПК ANSYS, которая позволяет проводить анализ соединений с натягом валов и втулок разных форм под действием осевых нагрузок. Благодаря простоте своего графического интерфейса для проведения анализа пользователю достаточно последовательно перейти от пункта к пункту, заполняя нужные параметры.

In this paper proposes a program integrated with a PC ANSYS, which allows the analysis of compounds with interference shafts and bushings under the influence of different forms of axial loads. The program consists of a control unit, which consists of two main components.The first component allows you to perform data integration, given the program from your PC ANSYS, perform calculations and store the result in a file format vrml. Another component reads the data obtained from this file and means of the built-in OpenGL library has the ability to visualize them. This approach allowsthe development of a program to limit the use of third-party plugins in it to demonstrate the three-dimensional interactive vector graphics. Allows you to put more emphasis on the user interface directly with an interactive program. Reducing thus the time to design and allowing more focus on the analysis.
