Експериментальне дослідження і математичне моделювання механічних втрат в автомобільному двигуні

Abstract

В роботі експериментально досліджено механічні втрати в автомобільному двигуні ВАЗ-21081, що обладнано системою електронного керування впорскуванням бензину. Виконане математичне моделювання насосних втрат і визначено втрати на тертя. Проаналізовано вплив частоти обертання колінчастого валу та інших параметрів на ці втрати. Перевірено можливість використання відомих емпіричних залежностей для визначення загальних механічних втрат і втрат на тертя в дослідному двигуні.There have been analyzed the known methods for determining the mechanical losses in internal combustion engines. Using the methods of disconnecting cylinders and crankshaft scrolling mechanical losses in the engine VAZ-21081 equipped with electronic control fuel injection system were defined. The influence of the engine speed and other parameters of these losses was investigated. It is shown that the method of disconnecting cylinders makes it possible to obtain more reliable results than the scrolling method. These scientific results correlate well with the data of other researchers. The mathematical modeling of engine process was performed in MATLAB system; losses of pumping and friction were obtained. The possibility of applying known empirical relationships for determination the overall mechanical losses and friction losses in the test engine was verified.
