Анотація
В работе на основании проведенной оценки технологических, конструкционных и эксплуатационных факторов, которые влияют на надежность сварных соединений трубопроводов, на виды и скорость развития возникающих в них дефектов, было установлено, что для оценки надежности соединений трубопроводов после длительной эксплуатации недостаточно проведения стандартных исследований
механических свойств сварных швов. Предложено в качестве критерия оценки надежности сварных соединений трубопроводов использовать такую характеристику дефектов, как их сопротивление разрушениям.
The aim of the work is to establish the causes of defects in welded joints of pipelines and factors affecting the size and speed of their development. In the work, an assessment was made of the technological, structural and operational factors affecting the reliability of welded joints of pipelines, the types and speed of development of defects arising in them. It was found that to assess the reliability of pipeline connections after long-term operation, it is not enough to conduct standard studies of the mechanical properties of welds. It is proposed to use such a characteristic of defects as fracture resistance as a criterion for assessing the reliability of welded joints in pipelines. It was established that the damageability of the welded joints of pipelines and the assessment of their defects, in general, depends on the joint manifestation of technological, structural and operational factors. The presented research results make it possible to conclude that to evaluate the reliability of welded joints of pipelines after long-term operation, it is not enough to conduct standard studies of mechanical properties. Criteria for assessing the reliability of pipelines should be the characteristics of defects or the value of resistance to fracture of welded joints.
