Программно-аппаратный комплекс для анализа виброперемещений роторов на магнитных подшипниках

Abstract

The necessity of development is grounded, offered and considered the hardware-software complex for measuring and analysis of rotors dynamic characteristic with magnetic suspension systems. The software, which includes special algorithms of data processing for measuring basic characteristics of signals, characterizing vibro displacements of the rotor points, is offered, and also for a construction on the results their analysis of the amplitude-frequency characteristics, spectrograms and trajectories of motion. Possibilities of the complex are illustrated on the example of its practical application for research of dynamics of the rotor in combined magnetic suspension.
