Інформаційна економіка як "третя реальність"

Abstract

У статті розглянуто перспективи формування інформаційної економіки, яка створюється внаслідок застосування у сучасному менеджменті високо ефективних інтелектуальних систем, штучного інтелекту; зроблено аналіз матеріалістичного та ідеалістичного підходів до природи інформації та інформаційного суспільства. Здійснено спробу з’ясування та обґрунтування її особливого статусу як ІІІ форми реальності на основі порівняльного аналізу її функціонування по відношенню до запропонованих філософських систем К. Поппера, Б. Рассела, Н. Лумана, Н. Вінера, П. Слотердайка, Л. Флориді. Звернено увагу на особливу роль технічних систем, синергію техніки й інформаційних технологій у технотронному суспільстві. Виявлено, що особливий статус інформаційної економіки формується внаслідок факторів суб'єктивного характеру. Сформовано методологічні і світоглядні настанови щодо управління економікою нового типу.The paper considers the prospects for the formation of an information economy, which is created as a result of the use of highly effective intellectual systems and artificial intelligence in modern management; an analysis of materialistic and idealistic approaches to the nature of information and the information society is made. An attempt has been made to clarify and substantiate its special status as the third form of reality based on a comparative analysis of its functioning in relation to the proposed philosophical systems of K. Popper, B. Russell, N. Luhmann, N. Wiener, P. Sloterdijk, and L. Floridi. Attention is drawn to the special role of technical systems, the synergy of technology and information technologies in the technotronic society. It is revealed that the special status of the information economy is formed due to subjective factors. Methodological and ideological guidelines for managing a new type of economy have been formed.
