Соціально-психологічна адаптація демобілізованих учасників антитерористичної операції/операціії об'єднаних сил

Abstract

Проаналізовано питання соціально-психологічної адаптації і дезадаптації демобілізованих військовослужбовців України, які брали безпосередню участь у захисті Вітчизни від російських агресорів. Розкрито методологічні засади та їх роль у запропонованому дослідженні. Акцентується на суб'єктивних і об'єктивних чинниках продуктивності організації і проведенні соціально-психологічної адаптації учасників АТО/ООС, її нормативно-правовому забезпеченні. Обґрунтовано активні форми, методи та засоби реалізації соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості у процесі переходу її до мирного життя.The article analyzes the issues of social and psychological adaptation and maladjustment of demobilized Ukrainian military personnel who took direct part in defending their homeland from Russian aggressors. It reveals the methodological foundations and their role in the proposed study. The focus is on the subjective and objective factors of the productivity of the organization and implementation of the social and psychological adaptation of ATO/OOS participants, as well as its regulatory and legal support. Active forms, methods, and means of implementing the social and psychological adaptation of individuals in the process of their transition to peaceful life are substantiated.
