Abstract

In the article the features of application and development of innovations at logistic enterprises in modern conditions are considered. The influence of innovations on the efficiency of logistics enterprises' functioning is investigated. Innovation plays a key role in providing quality services to enterprises. Finding and implementing innovations enables to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise and consolidate its competitive positions in the market. The necessity of application of innovations in the activity of logistics enterprises is proved, the advantages of the main spheres of formation of innovations are compared. The main approaches to determining the principles of applying the logistic approach in the practice of cargo delivery management, which will allow to significantly increase the profitability and quality of service, ensure efficient management of all flow processes in the delivery chain, will be the key to significant advantages in the competitive struggle in the market. In view of the above, the main stages of the risk management process at the enterprise that carries out the delivery of goods are considered in the work, as well as logistical risks are identified in the course of transport, warehousing, cargo processing and stock management in the activities of enterprises. Logistics as an integral tool for increasing competitiveness is the basis of an enterprise's economic strategy when its process is used as an instrument in a competitive struggle and is considered as a managerial logic for implementing planning, deployment and control over the financial and human resources involved in the innovation process. The transport complex is an important warehouse in the structure of the economy of Ukraine.
