Взаємодія між музеєм і відвідувачем: британський досвід для розвитку музейної справи в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджуються основні принципи, форми і засоби взаємодії між музеєм і відвідувачем в сучасній Великій Британії. Автор проводить аналіз теоретичних настанов і практичної діяльності британських музеїв для виявлення такого досвіду, котрий буде можливо і корисно застосувати в українських реаліях. Відкритість і рівність у доступі до музею для всіх категорій відвідувачів з найрізноманітнішими потребами, антропоцентризм, формування відносин співпраці з відвідувачем і партнерства з місцевими громадами і соціальними організаціями мають стати фундаментальними принципами роботи сучасного музею.The article deals with the fundamental principles, forms and means of interaction between museum and visitor in Great Britain nowadays. The author analyzes both theoretical guidance and practical achievements of British museums to identify the experience, which will be possible and useful to apply to Ukrainian realities. Openness and equality of access to the museum for all visitors with a variety of needs, anthropocentrism, forming cooperative relationship with a visitor and partnerships with local communities and social organizations have become fundamental principles of the contemporary museum. Although museums remain to be educational in purposes, they need to create a social space for ideas, dialog and active citizenship to inspire people. The significant role of the museum in development of human resources and promotion of well-being for local communities should become a fact.
