Метод оцінювання компетентностей у дуальному навчанні

Abstract

Впровадження дуального навчання вимагає від університетів і підприємств оцінювати якість підготовки за рівнем сформованих у студента академічних і професійних компетентностей. Це потребує ретельного аналізу освітнього стандарту та створення карти компетентностей університетами і узгодження їх з картою професійних компетентностей замовника. Практична реалізація контролю результатів навчання можлива при використанні репозиторію компетентностей LMS Moodle. Аналіз можливостей цього інструменту показує, що для кожного студента можна створити декілька навчальних планів, в яких фіксуються сформовані компетентності в ході дистанційного навчального процесу. Представники замовника мають можливість контролювати здобуті студентом компетентності. Мета дослідження: розробити метод структурування результатів навчання освітньої програми для оцінювання компетентностей фахівця з використанням репозиторію компетентностей LMS Moodle. Об’єкт дослідження: професійна підготовка фахівців для промисловості з визначеними компетентностями на базі освітньої програми. Предмет дослідження: умови формування якості професійної підготовки фахівців для промисловості з визначеними компетентностями. Результати досліджень показали, що розвиток дуальної освіти суттєво залежить від кваліфікації викладацького складу, вміння визначати мету практичної діяльності у курсі.

The introduction of dual education requires universities and enterprises to assess the quality of training at the level of academic and professional competencies formed in the student. This requires a careful analysis of the educational standard and the creation of a map of competencies by universities and their coordination with the map of professional competencies of the customer. Practical implementation of control of learning outcomes is possible using the repository of competencies LMS Moodle. The analysis of the possibilities of this tool shows that for each student it is possible to create several curricula, which fix the formed competencies during the distance learning process. Representatives of the customer have the opportunity to monitor the competencies acquired by the student. The aim of research: to develop a method of structuring the learning outcomes of the educational program to assess the competencies of the specialist using the repository of competencies LMS Moodle. Object of research: professional training of specialists for industry with certain competencies on the basis of the educational program. Subject of research: conditions for the formation of the quality of professional training for industry with certain competencies. The results of the research show that the development of dual education significantly depends on the qualifications of the teaching staff, the ability to determine the purpose of practical activities in the course.
