Abstract

Іn the article it is systematized theoretical approaches before determination of essence of innovative potential of enterprise. On the basis of approaches of the systems and complex summarizing determination of innovative potential and his structure, which shows that an innovative constituent is inherent for all structural elements of economic potential of enterprise, is offered, as comes forward a auxiliary element and internal source of creation of basic innovations in the process of management by him. In the article examined theoretical and methodical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to forming of the complex system of estimation of innovative potential of modern enterprise.
