Abstract
The obtaining of wheat germ oil using various types of hydrocarbon solvents and their mixtures is considered in this article. The influence of the ratio 3-component mixture of solvents as well as the ratios wheat germ / solvent on the oil's yield is treated. As a result, were determined the optimal characteristics of the extraction process for given conditions.
