Патентно-ліцензійна, раціоналізаторська та винахідницька діяльність Інституту електродинаміки НАН України (1964–1991 рр.)

Abstract

Based on scientific and technical archive materials of Institute of Electrodynamics of NAS of Ukraine the results of inventive and licensing scientists, activity have been analyzed and summarized for 27 years. It was found that the activation of inventive searching started in 1980s. During this period vast majority of scientists of Institute of Electrodynamics participated in patent licensing activities, a large number of patents were received and scientific and technical cooperation on a commercial basis with the conclusion of license agreements was launched. The role of patent licensing group in the deployment of rationalization and licensing business was drawn out. It was established that the work of this group was aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the conducted scientific researches and contributed to create advanced, competitive and world-class developments and their introduction to the industry.
