dc.description.abstractЖизнедеятельность современного общества, его устойчивость и способность развиваться определяется многими факторами, главными из которых является информационные процессы, инновации, технологический уровень и состояние производства. Опыт стран с развитой рыночной экономикой доказывает, что разработка и внедрение новых технологий являются важнейшими условиями функционирования предприятий в среде конкуренции и свободных рыночных отношений. В сложившейся в Украине ситуации глобальной экономической проблемой следует считать восстановление производства на основе внедрения новых технологий. Воплощение технологической модели не может обойтись без трудовых ресурсов. Важной особенностью высоких технологий является их интегрированность в ряд совмещенных процессов. Ни одна из высоких технологий не может быть создана, а также успешно управляться без сочетания ее с процессом новых информационных и коммуникационных технологий. В работе технологический риск рассмотрен в качестве вероятности потери предприятием части собственных ресурсов, или появления дополнительных расходов в результате разработки и внедрения технологических новшеств. В статье на основе анализа логистической кривой (кривой Гомпертца) рассмотрено значение влияния новых технологий на эффективность функционирования предприятий. В работе установлено, что невозможно сформулировать единственный критерий допустимого риска для всех видов техники и технологий, Проанализированы существующие способы минимизации некоторых видов риска. Проведен анализ технологического риска. Предложены пути управления рисками, связанными с новыми технологиями.ru
dc.description.abstractThe life activity of modern society, its stability and the ability to develop is determined by many factors, the main of which are information processes, innovations, technological level and the state of production. The experience of countries with developed market economies proves that the development and introduction of new technologies are the most important conditions for the functioning of enterprises in a competitive environment and free market relations. In the current situation in Ukraine, the global economic problem should be considered the restoration of production on the basis of the introduction of new technologies. The embodiment of a technological model can not do without human resources. An important feature of high technologies is their integration into a number of combined processes. None of the high technologies can be created, and successfully managed without combining it with the process of new information and communication technologies. In work, technological risk is considered as the probability of the enterprise losing part of its own resources, or the emergence of additional costs as a result of the development and introduction of technological innovations. In the article, based on the analysis of the logistic curve (the Gompertz curve), the importance of the influence of new technologies on the efficiency of enterprises' functioning was considered. The paper found that it is impossible to formulate a single criterion for the permissible risk for all types of equipment and technologies. The existing ways of minimizing certain types of risk have been analyzed. The analysis of technological risk is carried out. The ways of managing risks associated with new technologies are proposed.en
