Педагогічна система підготовки фахівців в умовах Болонського процесу

Abstract

In analyzing the state of the art educational system of specialist training at higher education institutions to identify problems related to compliance with the terms of the Bologna process. Most of the pedagogical system that relate to the formation of the modern specialist, does not fully comply with the requirements of the Bologna reforms. The paper makes proposals for improving teacher training system, the necessity of creating conditions in which many specialists, using all values and achievements of national systems of education and science, can be mobile and the European labor market.
