Модификация геометрии рабочего колеса РО 500 на основании расчетных данных CFD

Abstract

Numerical modelling of viscous three-dimensional turbulent flow, in a water passage of high head Francis turbine Fr 500 is executed with the help of commercial program complex CFX TASCflow, the given on character and change of losses in basic elements of a water passage are received. The analysis of the received data has allowed to offer modification of the blade of runner Fr 500-5 Вm which should improve parameters of a water passage due to the coordination of flow in inlet components with the runner and reduction of losses in him, and also to develop the new runner with improved performance characteristic.
