Анотація
В статті розглянуті особливості мотиваційної складової в межах сучасних діючих систем управління підприємством . При створенні дієвого мотиваційного механізму доцільно застосовувати поетапний підхід до її вирішення, зокрема: послідовне виділення з усієї сукупності компонентів мотиваційного механізму ряду пріоритетних проблем з метою концентрації зусиль і керуючого впливу на цих напрямках. Проаналізовани теоретичні аспекти трудової мотивації.
