Abstract

Based on archival documents, the character of employees preparation at the Kharkov plant "conditioner" is discovered in this article. Since the beginning of air conditioners industrial production in Kharkiv (from 1957) on Kharkov factory "Conditioner" was developed the preparation of their own personnel. Young branch of engineering felt the urgent need for qualified engineers and technical workers.
