Abstract

Offers concerning policy of the state aimed at the full development of the human capital in Ukraine that is in turn caused by economy strengthening, increase of a standard of living of the population and reduction of property stratification are developed. In articles the covered scientific basics of category the human capital which in growing degree determines the main parameters of economy of each country, and also a standard of living of the population and competitiveness in the global market.
