Создание параметрических моделей сендвич-панелей и исследование их жесткостных характеристик

Abstract

The article discusses the ratio of weight, stiffness and strength properties of various types of sandwich panels in comparison with the homogenized plate. Analyze the main characteristics behavior of the design parameters are given. It is shown that the use of sandwich panels can lead to significant weight savings and reducing the consumption of materials compared to homogeneous plates without problem with maintaining the same level of rigidity. Weight savings can reach up to 60 percents. It should be noted that the reverse side of the weight reduction is increasing the structure stress level. Rational choices of stress lowering is in the range of 25-65 percents for the equivalent weight of structures. If an equivalent stiffness are taken into account then stress increased about 25-35 percents. For better adequacy of article conclusions is necessary to conduct more detailed investigation with different types of loading and fixing
