Аналіз напрямків розробки біоактивних композиційних покриттів по титану для дентальної імплантології

Abstract

The main types of existing materials for dental implanters are considered in the article; the most prospective directions for developing innovative materials for dental prosthetic identified. Use of the composite materials having the properties close to the ones of a natural bone for replacing lost teeth are underlined as promising. Based on current standards applied towards titan glassceramic finishes used in dental implantology, the system and the composition of model glasses was selected, and their basic structure coefficients were calculated. It has been proved that use of the glassceramic titan finishes as a bio-active component while getting dental implants will shorten the time needed for binding and increase the mechanic properties of an "implant-bone" system.
