Abstract

In the paper presented were theoretical and experimental studies of engine starts with an increased exhaust back pressure and, particularly, during tank negotiation under water. Results of studies made it possible to find optimal lines for development and further studies of design item actions for improvement of starting capabilities for tank power packs completed with the 5TD and 6TD engine family.
