Conducted a three-phase finite-element simulation of the process of bending sheet metal up to 180 º
through the software package Deform 3D. Received distributions of stresses and strains, as well as the force curves on the instrument. Analysis of deformation zone geometry is performed. Mathematical description of deformation zone is gained
