Гармонизация европейских стандартов по эмалированной продукции, контактирующей с пищевыми продуктами и питьевой водой

Abstract

В данной статье приведен обзор основных результатов работы, которая проводится в странах Европейского союза, по гармонизации норм и стандартов по методикам тестирования выхода ионов из предназначенных для контакта с пищевыми продуктами стеклоэмалевых покрытий и пределов миграции данных ионов в растворы. Указаны наиболее передовые требования, разработанные Европейским управлением эмалирования European Enamel Authority.A review of the main results of the work carried out in the countries of European Union aimed at harmonization of the norms and standards of testing methods of ion migration from the food-contact vitreous-enamel coatings and migration limits of these ions into solutions. Background of the issue is given, as well as the most up-to-date requirements developed by European Enamel Authority organization, including the data on acceptable migration limits for potentially toxic elements that may be present in the vitreous enamel compositions, preparation of testing solution and testing conditions.
