Abstract

Визначено вплив цифрової трансформації на соціально-економічні системи, зокрема через експоненційне зростання обсягів даних, кількості транзакцій та рівня цифрової взаємодії. Встановлено, що такі процеси зумовлюють необхідність формування нових компетентностей, розвитку цифрової грамотності та адаптації людського капіталу. Окреслено ключові виклики цифрової епохи, серед яких: автоматизація, трансформація ринку праці, загрози кібербезпеці, посилення нерівності, деформація конкурентного середовища та ризики порушення прав людини. Розглянуто еволюцію бізнес-моделей, що базуються на застосуванні Інтернету речей, великих даних, штучного інтелекту, хмарних та краєвих обчислень, блокчейну, віртуальної і доповненої реальності. Виокремлено цифрові платформи, сервісні та краудсорсингові моделі, а також моделі, орієнтовані на результат. Підкреслено значення цифрової трансформації у промисловості, зокрема в управлінні життєвим циклом продукції та виробничими процесами, а також необхідність розвитку відповідної інфраструктури та інвестицій у кібербезпеку й людський капітал. Визначено роль інформаційних технологій як ключового чинника трансформації сучасної економіки, що охоплює всі сфери бізнесу та суспільного розвитку. Установлено, що застосування ІТ сприяє оптимізації виробничих процесів, підвищенню продуктивності праці, розширенню ринків збуту, створенню нових продуктів і послуг, а також поліпшенню якості взаємодії із споживачами. Акцентовано на зростанні значущості даних як стратегічного ресурсу, що забезпечує прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень на основі цифрової аналітики.
