Транснаціональні корпорації і проблеми сучасних міжнародних відносин

Abstract

Сьогодні транснаціональні корпорації відіграють важливу роль у міжнародній торгівлі та сприяють глобалізації світової економіки. Річний прибуток найбільших ТНК перевищує значення ВВП багатьох країн з низьким і середнім рівнем доходу. Через процеси злиття і поглинання корпорації ростуть дуже швидко, стаючи багатшими та могутнішими за деякі держави. Актуальність даного дослідження полягає в тому, що ТНК домінують у світовій економіці і значно на неї впливають, тому визначення основних проблем сучасних міжнародних відносин та їх зв’язок з ТНК є доцільним в умовах сьогодення. Метою дослідження є надання характеристики проблемам міжнародних відносин та знаходження можливих варіантів їх рішення. За допомогою різних джерел визначимо, які саме проблеми міжнародних відносин заважають розвитку ТНК. Досягнення мети потребує вирішення поставлених задач, таких як: розкриття сутності поняття транснаціональної корпорації; дослідження ролі ТНК в міжнародних економічних відносинах; визначення головних проблем сучасних міжнародних відносин; надання пропозицій щодо вирішення цих проблем. Для виконання роботи використовуємо наступні методи: загальнонаукові методи теоретичного узагальнення і порівняння, критичного аналізу, системного підходу, статистичного та теоретичного аналізу та інші. Головною рушійною силою сучасного світу є транснаціональні корпорації. Величезні компанії, які контролюють понад 50% світового промислового виробництва та формують всесвітній науково-технічний прогрес. Вони, нарівні з промислово розвиненими країнами, широко проявляються в політиці, економіці, у фінансово-інвестиційній, інформаційній, науково-технічній, військовій, технологічній, екологічній сферах. Тому, ТНК є невід’ємною частиною сучасних міжнародних відносин і проблеми, які виникають в цих відносинах, мають прямий вплив на діяльність ТНК. Today, multinational corporations play an important role in international trade and contribute to the globalization of the world economy. The annual profit of the largest TNCs exceeds the GDP of many low- and middle-income countries. Through mergers and acquisitions, corporations grow very quickly, becoming richer and more powerful than some states. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that TNCs dominate the world economy and significantly influence it, therefore, the definition of the main problems of modern international relations and their connection with TNCs is appropriate in today's conditions. The purpose of the study is to characterize the problems of international relations and to find possible options for their solution. With the help of various sources, we will determine which problems of international relations hinder the development of TNCs. Achieving the goal requires solving the set tasks, such as: revealing the essence of the concept of a transnational corporation; study of the role of TNCs in international economic relations; definition of the main problems of modern international relations; providing proposals for solving these problems. To perform the work, we use the following methods: general scientific methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, critical analysis, system approach, statistical and theoretical analysis, and others. Transnational corporations are the main driving force of the modern world. Huge companies that control more than 50% of the world's industrial production and shape the world's scientific and technological progress. They, on a par with industrialized countries, are widely manifested in politics, economy, financial and investment, information, scientific and technical, military, technological, environmental spheres. Therefore, TNCs are an integral part of modern international relations, and the problems that arise in these relations have a direct impact on the activities of TNCs.
