Abstract

The article discusses the definition of reforming the enterprise. In order to increase the effectiveness of the enterprise, it is necessary to intensify its internal capabilities, significantly change the strategy and create a new effective management system, in other words, reform is necessary. Reform is one of the common means of financial recovery, not only in domestic practice, but also worldwide. The following main forms of reform are distinguished: reorganization, restructuring and reengineering. Despite the fact that a large number of publications and scientific studies of domestic and foreign experts have been given to this issue, these concepts are still used as synonyms, which, without a doubt, is incorrect. This article attempts to form an accurate conceptual framework. As well as the authors in this work, using research on theories and concepts of scientists who devoted their scientific work to this problem, as well as systematizing practical experience, they will try to separate this concept and fo rmulate the main terms. The leader must consider different options for the development of the enterprise, anticipate the development prospects of his enterprise on the market. Organizations, due to their specifics, are obliged to independently determine and predict their goals in the long term. The restructuring is of great importance in the activities of enterprises. Restructuring is the restructuring of something. Restructuring of an enterprise is a structural change in an enterprise, a change in its system, the position of fundamental elements, as well as components that form a business under the influence of environmental factors. In our opinion, the reform and restructuring of enterprises is an essential component of increasing co mpetitiveness, since it makes it possible to achieve the required level of activity.
