Анотація
Рассмотрен пример совместного применения программных продуктов ANSYS и LS-DYNA для создания численной модели мягкого тела в случае использования бессеточного метода сглаженных частиц SPH. Используя возможности встроенного в систему ANSYS языка программирования ANSYS Parametric Design Language, реализован алгоритм автоматизированного построения численной модели мягкого тела заданной массы и размеров, которая применяется для численного моделирования фронтального и косого удара.
An example of combined application of ANSYS and LS-DYNA software for creation of numerical model of soft body using meshless smoothed particle hydrodynamics method (SPH) is discussed in the paper. The experience of practical application of the LS-DYNA multipurpose program for sol-solving the problem of numerical simulation of soft body-to-aircraft engine blade contact interaction showed that in the case of using the meshless method of smoothed particles for soft body discretization the process of building a numerical model is not sufficiently automated. A macro containing a set of APDL commands, which allows to create automatically a numerical model of a soft body that contains a set of SPH particles evenly distributed within the volume of a given shape, was developed. The macro allows to determine the dimensions of the soft body of a given density and mass, to define its spatial orientation with respect to the target, as well as to control the distance between SPH particles. Automation of numerical model creation significantly simplifies the process of parametric numerical analysis and reduces the time of model development.
