Abstract

In the work on the basis of experimental data is made identifying the thermal state of the piston for the conditions of changes in the level of forcing the diesel and fuel supply advance angle. On this basis, the effect of forming sampling in piston firing into combustion chamber at the edge zone thermal State edges. It is shown that this effect is comparable with the effect of oil cooling design. The results suggest the need to incorporate local changes the geometry of the piston in the edge zone combustion chamber when performing assessments of resource strength piston forcing the diesel.
