Abstract
The work is aimed at improving the accuracy and reliability of the simulation of thermal stress state of the valve assembly of parts forced automotive diesel engines using finite element node mathematical model. Important role in the formation of the stress-strain state of a valve in operation plays a mechanical component from the forces of gas pressure in the cylinder of the engine. Correct assignment of boundary conditions of the problem of mechanics, choose a fixation details allow us to estimate the actual distribution of the components of the stress- strain state, identify ways to improve it. One of these ways can be a rational choice of design parameter - the rigidity of the valve plate. The increased rigidity of the valve plate, as shown by studies, significantly increases the service life of the valve and its reliability
