Abstract

Training of personnel at the enterprise is one of the main means of maintenance of its competitiveness and increasing of its effective activity in conditions of competitive external environment. Some problems of such training are analyzed in the article. Culture, education, morals are the factors, which define the success of professional activity of personnel and these factors are the basis for the development of society as a whole
