dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто проблеми функціонування інституційної інфраструктури підтримки логістизації ресурсного потенціалу фірм. Виявлено значення інститутів для соціально-економічної практики. Висвітлено складність прийняття рішень в управлінні ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Досліджено вплив інституційного середовища та інституційних чинників на напрямок розвитку і регулювання логістизації ресурсного потенціалу на підприємствах. Визначено ефективну взаємодію держави із логістизацією процесів на підприємствах. Розглянуто діагностику ресурсного потенціалу фірми з методологічної точки зору. Наведено поняття ресурсного п отенціалу. Зазначено якщо в статиці досить оцінки ресурсного потенціалу, визначення його достовірності, то в динаміці необхідна система управління ресурсним потенціалом фірми на мікроекономічному рівні. Розкрито синергетичний зв'язок складових ресурсного потенціалу організації між собою. Встановлено якщо управлінський вплив на продуктивність одного з ресурсного потенціалу впливає на продуктивність інших, то збільшення продуктивності одного ресурсу може супроводжуватися як збільшенням, так і зниженням продуктивності інших.Запропоновано теоретико-концептуальну схему механізму управління взаємодії держави із логістизацією ресурсного потенціалу на підприємствах Проаналізовано інституційне середовище взаємодії суб'єктів логістизації ресурсного потенціалу на підприємствах. Зроблено висновки відносно основних пріоритетних напрямів інституційного забезпечення підтримки логістизації ресурсного потенціалу.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the problems of functioning of the institutional infrastructure supporting logistics of the resource potential of firms. The importance of institutes for socio-economic practice is revealed. The complexity of decision-making in managing the resource potential of the enterprise is highlighted. The influence of the institutional environment and institutional factors on the direction of devel opment and regulation of logistics of resource potential at enterprises is investigated. The effective interaction of the state with logisation of processes at enterprises is determined. The diagnostics of the resource potential of the firm from the methodological point of view are considered. The c oncepts of resource potential are given. It is specified if in a static enough estimation of resource potential, determination of its authenticity, in a dynamics the system of management of a resource potential of firm on a microeconomic level is necessary. The synergistic connection between components of the resource potential of the organization is revealed. It is established that if the controlling influence on the performance of one of the resource potential influences the productivity of others, then the increase in the productivity of one resource can be accompani ed by an increase as well as a decrease in the productivity of others. The theoretical-conceptual scheme of the mechanism of interaction management of the state with logistics of resource potential at enterprises is proposed. The institutional environment of interaction of subjects of logistics of resource potential at enterprises is analyzed. The conclusions regarding the main priority directions of the institutional support for logistics of the resource potential are made.en
